# Site down/Homepage error fix

On my blogger website when I search this URL `https://www.polligathaa.com/`, first it shows the error message ERR\_TOO\_MANY\_REDIRECTS and after a while  
This site cannot be reached  
The webpage at `https://www.polligathaa.com/` might be temporarily down or it might have moved permanently to a new web address.  
ERR\_TOO\_MANY\_ACCEPT\_CH\_RESTARTS

. But if I search the other URLs of this website, the post of the respective URL is showing, that is, the post of the website is being seen. Is there any way to fix this?

Hello @ratnashar 👋 and welcome to Kinsta Community!

As I can see that `www.polligathaa.com` domain is pointing to: `ghs.google.com`

> $ host `www.polligathaa.com`  
> `www.polligathaa.com` is an alias for `ghs.google.com`.  
> `ghs.google.com` has address 142.251.12.121  
> `ghs.google.com` has IPv6 address 2404:6800:4003:c11::79

and when I tried to access that domain directly on my browser I also got the same error message as you mentioned above. So it does not seem to be something with your blogger website at all, as the error is coming from this `www.polligathaa.com` itself.

Since we don’t host or control that domain and/or its site (and it’s pointing to `ghs.google.com` ), we can’t tell further what’s causing that error.
