Hi @kzlimon . Thanks for reaching out. Could you tell me a bit more about your setup? Are you running Windows or MacOS?

Hi Michael, Thanks for your response. I’m running on Windows 10 and the latest version of DevKinsta and Docker. I have added a new WordPress site from scratch using DevKinsta and after the instance has been created, SSL was not enabled by default and I had to turn it on manually. When I do that I’m getting the error. I hope this explains the situation.

Thank you for reporting this issue to us. We were able to confirm this is indeed a bug for a few Windows users. We’ll work on a fix and update you here once resolved for further testing. Thanks again and welcome to DevKinsta.

Same here. I’m on Windows 10 Home which has some limitations regarding containers and virtual machines, maybe that’s the issue?

Hi 👋

Our latest [release of DevKinsta 1.0.2](https://community.kinsta.com/t/devkinsta-releases-minor/371) should address this issue. If you already have DevKinsta downloaded, it will automatically update. You can also re-download DevKinsta by visiting our [downloads page](https://kinsta.com/devkinsta/download/).

This error is happening to me now as well. Running 1.1.15 on a Mac, it installs docker 3.1.0. I have tried everything - wiping out all of Devkinsta, removing docker, cleaning old files, reinstalling DevKinsta, upgrading docker, nothing works. I am using the correct password - there is something wrong with DevKinsta not letting it send the correct key to keychain. PLEASE let me know what to do here! The error code documentation is very weak - doesn’t even tell people that this issue existed on an old version of DevKinsta. How can we troubleshoot and fix it?

It started happening when I updated Kinsta. I think there needs to be a full uninstaller you guys issue to remove all traces of anything left behind that could possible disrupt a fresh install from working also.

With the release of DevKinsta 2.0, could you tell us if you’re still having this issue? You can download DevKinsta 2.0+ here. Thank you and apologies for the trouble here.
